When one minute is exactly enough
A single minute is short enough to keep energy high and long enough to make a clear boundary. It works best for repeatable, high-tempo moments where a longer timer would drag.
- Classroom transitions between activities
- A slow breathing reset before a hard task
- Timed drills, flashcard rounds, or speed warmups
- A final "wrap it up" minute before moving on
How to run the countdown
- Press Start when you are ready — the display counts down from 01:00.
- Pause if the activity is interrupted, then resume where you left off.
- Use the fullscreen button for a large, room-visible countdown.
- Press Reset to return to one minute and run it again.
